Any ghost install we do, whether sprinklers or drainage, begins with the end in mind.

Drainage jobs start with an evaluation of the site by the designer (either the president or vice-president of our company) in order to produce the desired solution and detail associated expenses.

The designer determines, amongst other things, where the spoils will be held during the excavation process and placed upon completion (the 4″ schedule 40 we use does not crush, resulting in a higher amount of displacement/spoils).

During the excavation phase, the spoil is typically placed on tarps to protect the surrounding landscape/turf and replaced/packed after the installation phase is complete.

The remaining spoils are utilized throughout the site as needed for grade modifications or are carried away.

Sprinkler work begins with understanding where the spoils will be placed during the repair.

Our water managers are all trained on the proper excavation and backfill techniques required to restore the site to the condition in which it was found or better.

Our methods are superior to most of our competitors because they use either corrugated ADS pipe or sewer pipe discharging to a pop-up emitter. Our solutions are custom-tailored to the site and use vastly better components. These consist of 4″ schedule 40 PVC, National Drainage Systems 12×12 discharge basins (filtered as needed), and premium 1.5″ flexible media to collect from channel drains. The entire system is designed to be maintenance-free while being durable enough to withstand a plumber’s rod for service if needed. Additionally, we do not accept shortcuts in our solutions as we design and install everything to withstand usage, and we back our work with a 2-year warranty; this warranty is double that of our closest competitors.
