What our sprinkler services cover
- Repair: broken and stuck heads, leaking valves, cracked pipe, wiring faults, controller problems and pressure issues.
- Maintenance: scheduled zone-by-zone inspections, nozzle cleaning and adjustment, controller programming for the season and local watering days.
- Installation: new systems designed around your plant types, soil and water source, with separate zones for turf and beds.
- Replacement: when repairs cost more than they save, we rebuild zones or whole systems with matched, current equipment.
- Audits and testing: irrigation audits and distribution uniformity testing to measure coverage and set accurate run times.
Lakewood Ranch communities often irrigate with reclaimed water or from ponds through pump stations. We service those systems too, including filters, pumps and controllers. Most of our work is for HOAs, CDDs and commercial properties (see HOA and CDD irrigation management), and we serve homeowners as well.
