Our Team

Juan is the technical backbone of Genesis’s field water management operations, covering the full Tampa corridor with over 10 years of hands-on expertise. His command of irrigation systems runs deep, from complex multi-zone installations and controller diagnostics to pump system troubleshooting that stops most technicians cold. He works fluently across submersible and centrifugal pump configurations, diagnosing failures and executing repairs that keep high-value properties running without interruption. His drainage work is equally exacting, conducting site assessments, engineering solutions, and supervising installation through completion. Juan began his career at 14 and has spent every year since deepening a technical fluency that shows in the quality and reliability of every system he touches.
