MANAGEMENT
With more than 30 years in the field, Tave is one of Florida’s most accomplished irrigation and water management professionals, a licensed contractor who has personally designed and overseen some of the most technically demanding water systems in the state. He approaches every project as a systems engineer, working across hydro-zoning, pump station controls, advanced filtration, remote telemetry, and central control platforms including Maxicom, IQ, and Baseline. His ability to integrate these systems, design for long-term efficiency, and solve complex infrastructure problems at scale is what makes him one of the most technically capable irrigation professionals in the region. He is also the creator of EdenPro, an irrigation management system built from decades of firsthand field experience.

MANAGER
Richard brings 24 years of expertise in turf, ornamentals, palms, and trees across both warm and cool-season environments, and represents a level of plant health sophistication rarely found in a single technician. Grounded in IPM, soil science, plant pathology, and plant biology, he continuously refines a hybrid organic-synthetic approach centered on biostimulants and organically-derived plant hormones. This methodology reduces environmental impact without compromising performance, delivering results that standard programs cannot replicate. He has also led tree asset measurement, mapping, and monitoring programs that give property owners long-term visibility into the health and value of their tree inventory.
