The Genesis Membership is a yearly irrigation plan for existing residential clients: one service call and one 4-zone tune-up each year, locked-in pricing for 24 months, and the EdenPro irrigation reporting app, for an introductory $39.99 a month. It is open to homes in Manatee County and the city of Sarasota.

The Membership covers irrigation services only. Lawn care, mowing, fertilization and soil care are not included.
What is included
- One service call a year. The trip charge is covered: the truck, tools and the technician’s trip to your home. Labor, parts and repairs are billed separately at your locked-in rates.
- One tune-up a year, up to 4 zones. More zones are at member rates. Tune-ups are scheduled June to August, with at least 30 days’ notice.
- Locked-in pricing for 24 months from the day you enroll, on services and parts.
- The EdenPro irrigation reporting app.
- Beta programs for irrigation services, as we offer them.
- A monthly newsletter.

Price
The introductory rate for existing residential clients is $39.99 a month, billed monthly by autopay, or paid yearly in advance. The rate and your locked-in pricing are guaranteed for 24 months from your enrollment date. The Membership is yearly and renews automatically; the Membership terms explain billing and how to cancel.
Who can join
- Existing residential clients of Genesis.
- Homes in Manatee County, and in the city of Sarasota in Sarasota County.
- Residential only: HOA, condo and commercial properties are not eligible.
