New Sprinkler System + New Sod, Through December 31, 2026
Take $500 Off a New Sprinkler System and Sod Package
Start the Dry Season With a Lawn Built to Last
New sod needs steady, even water to take root, and Florida’s dry season is here. Put in a new sprinkler system with your new sod and take $500 off the package. Our state-certified irrigation team designs and installs the system, and the sod is laid by our crew or a trusted local partner, so one company runs the whole job from the first trench to the first watering.

Why put the sprinklers and the sod in together?
One Crew, One Schedule
The sprinkler lines go in before the sod goes down, so nothing has to be dug up through your new lawn later.
Even Water From Day One
Each zone is laid out to cover the new sod evenly, and we set the controller for rooting time and for your local watering rules after that.

“We received the most prompt, efficient, and friendly service one could expect. We had broken irrigation lines and sprinkler heads, it was Halloween evening with kids trick or treating, and they still showed up and solved all problems with ease and efficiency. I would strongly recommend this hardworking, honest, family-owned business. Top notch.”
