What does full service include?
Mowing, edging, trimming and blowing; bed care with hand weeding, bed edging and mulch; and a monthly irrigation wet check of every zone. One company, one crew and one monthly invoice cover the grounds and the sprinkler system.
What is the monthly wet check?
Once a month the crew runs the irrigation system zone by zone and watches it work, looking for heads that have settled, tilted or risen, leaks, clogged nozzles and dry spots. Problems are found before residents or tenants see brown turf.
Do you treat the turf with chemicals?
No. Genesis does not apply fertilizer, herbicides or pesticides. Weeding is done by hand, and our turf and soil practices follow UF/IFAS guidance. If your property needs chemical applications, keep your licensed applicator; we work alongside them.
