The irrigation audit, in phases
- Phase 1 (no cost): controller audit. Ohm readings and program mapping: we read the records in your irrigation controller and give the board a summary of the equipment before the association commits to anything.
- Phase 2 ($30 per zone): zone mapping and deficiency reporting. Every zone is run and inspected while it operates, its coverage is mapped and deficiencies are reported with priorities and written estimates. A controller output that runs two valves counts as two zones. The association pays only for the zones we actually walk.
- Phase 3: zone reactivation.
Zone mapping shows the area each zone covers. It does not include the locations of individual sprinkler heads.
Valve locating and distribution uniformity (DU) testing are quoted separately when they are needed.
