What a repair visit costs
A service call is $125. It covers the trip and the first 15 minutes of diagnosis, and you get the cost of each fix before any work starts. Repairs are billed at the flat rates on our price list, with parts, labor and a two-year warranty included. Replacing a spray head is $65, a rotor is $85 and a broken pipe below ground is $190.
Tune-ups
A Tune Up is $150 for the first four zones and $30 for each zone after that. The technician runs every zone, adjusts the heads, replaces up to five nozzles and puts a flag at every problem he finds. He sets the controller to cycle and soak, so the water soaks into Sarasota’s sandy soil instead of running off. Then he walks the yard with you, explains each flag and what it costs to fix, and makes only the repairs you approve.

New systems
New systems are quoted after a site visit. We plan each zone around the soil, the sun and the plants in that part of the yard. Turf and beds go on separate zones, spray heads and rotors never share a zone, and beds are watered with drip or other low-volume emitters. Most of our work goes into a lawn that is already established, so we cut the trenches with a two-inch disc trencher instead of a wide chain trencher. What separates a good system from a bad one.
