Tave, Jr responded to my house in November of 2022 for an after hours emergency. Was professional, prompt and band-aided the problem. Tave diagnosed the issue but I wasn't in a spot to have the work done but he created an estimate and sent it to me.Fast forward to June of 2024 and I contacted Genesis again and Tave, Jr and his team not only honored the original estimate, put were able to do it quickly. I wasn't home at the time of the repair but was I formed via phone call of the happenings and the issue that the water was turned off to the sprinkler system so no check of their work could be done.Today Tave, Jr came out and tested the system, found another issue and replaced a few sprinkler heads that were malfunctioning. I was only charged for the work he did and not for the system check that couldn't be done before.In today's world, it was nice to have a company not only honor an almost 19 month old estimate, but not upcharge with today's prices and then come complete the work.Highly recommend this company to anyone in the area as they have been nothing short of fantastic in my dealings with them.
