What the $125 service call covers
The service call covers getting a qualified technician to your property and the first 15 minutes of diagnosis, so you know what is wrong and what it costs before any repair is made. A pump service call is $195.

If a technician finds a broken spray head and a cracked pipe below ground on the same visit, the total is the $125 service call, $65 for the head and $190 for the pipe: $380, with a two-year warranty on both repairs.
When a Tune Up makes more sense
If several zones are not watering properly, a Tune Up checks the whole system instead of one problem. It is $150 for the first four zones and $30 for each additional zone. The technician runs and inspects every zone, replaces up to five nozzles, flags every problem with its cost, and programs the controller. Repairs found during the Tune Up are made at the same published flat rates.

Scheduled repairs are completed within one week, and emergency service calls are handled the same day. If your technician will be more than an hour early or late, we contact you.
