- When we come out: approved repairs are scheduled within one week; emergency calls are handled the same day. If a technician will be more than an hour early or late, we contact you.
- For a sprinkler problem, an irrigation service call is $125 and covers the technician’s trip and the first 15 minutes of diagnosis to work out solutions and costs.
- Drainage projects are quoted in writing after a site visit, before any work starts.

What if I do not know whether it is sprinklers or drainage?
Describe what you see in the request. Overwatering, broken heads and leaking pipes can keep low areas wet, so we check the irrigation on drainage visits.
